Description:

This workshop is a journey to your true self, allowing you to experience the wholeness and freedom at the deepest core of our being. Exploring some of the themes of his books The Calm Center and The Leap, Steve Taylor will guide you through the process of awakening, highlighting its main aspects and showing how we can cultivate them.

Using Steve’s poetic meditations as a guide, we will learn to dis-identify with the ego, to cultivate presence and acceptance, and to dissolve away our psychological attachments. The workshop will contain a variety of meditative exercises and group activities, and will show how you to gain access to the harmony and spaciousness beneath the ego-mind. Eckhart Tolle has described Steve’s work as ‘an important contribution to the shift in consciousness which is happening on our planet at present.’
