Based in the heart of London at St James’ Church, Piccadilly since 1982, Alternatives is an independent not-for-profit organisation dedicated to raising awareness and offering practical, inspiring and alternative solutions for every day living.
Through our weekly live events we cover a variety of topics, spanning from wellbeing to business events, mindfulness, personal growth and lots more.

As well as serving a local community, Alternatives has a rapidly growing global audience, who are seeking fresh and real ways to grow, expand their minds and live a more meaningful and fulfilled life.

History

Alternatives is the UK’s longest running weekly mind body spirit events company and has been known as the landmark speaking platform for spiritual teachers and alternative thinking for the past 30+ years.

Based at St James’ Church, Piccadilly since 1982, Alternatives is an independent not-for-profit organization, focused on serving the local community and sharing the message of spiritual alternatives with a global audience.

What we do

We offer a space for spiritual and personal exploration through practical and engaging live and online events, with the purpose of inspiring people to live a more conscious, happier, purposeful life.

We host world leaders and visionary teachers in contemporary spirituality, conscious business and well-being, providing a variety of spiritual solutions for everyday living.

We host weekly Monday night talks at St James Church in Piccadilly throughout the year providing a diverse tasting plate of topics, as well as mid week evening events, and weekend workshops in central locations across London allowing for deeper exploration.
