Description:

In our various duties and dramas, roles and responsibilities, inner liberation can seem unimaginably far off or unassailable. And yet… our fundamental nature is freeness itself. Your very being alive is the evidence of life’s fundamental freeness expressing itself through you and as you. This evening program will point to inner freedom and the way we inhibit it through the friction we create with our desires and defences and distractions. We will use the foundational meditative skill of embodied awareness as a way to recognise and release various tension patterns, pointing to a path through life’s complexities that can be met more fully, more fluidly, more freely.
