Rooted in the Pagan and Celtic traditions, Samhain invites us to release what no longer serves and awaken the seeds of new dreams and intentions. Releasing what is outdated in our beliefs allows us to rebirth our spirit into wild transformation and evolutionary soul growth.

In this immersive workshop, you will:

• Learn the symbolic and mythic teachings of the Samhain season
• Create a meaningful ancestor altar to honour your lineage
• Participate in a guided ritual journey to lift personal veils and connect to sacred realms
• Engage in a movement practice to invoke the elements and awaken inner clarity and power
• Open your ancestral, karmic, and intuitive channels through a shamanic journey
• Ground your experience with a nourishing meditation aligned to this seasonal shift

 This is a time of deep listening, remembrance, release, and transformation. Come as you are—you are worthy of renewal.

  For this workshop gather the following items:

- a tray or a table to place seasonal items ( leaves, stones, flowers, etc) to create your altar

-names of your ancestors and and an images or special items passed down to you

-journal, candle, bowl of water, smoke cleansing (incense/sage or fresh air)and fruit or a sweet treat for the altar

- a quiet space to sit, do a moving meditation and a lying down journey
