Taoist Sexual Qigong: Health & Harmony

Ken Cohen, M.A. is a renowned qigong and Tai Chi grandmaster from Colorado with more than 50 years’ experience.

Taoist sexual practices do not fit neatly into western categories. It is certainly not an ascetic denial of sexuality, nor is it a symbolic rite (as in Indian Tantra); neither is it a hedonistic indulgence, divorced from love and caring.

Ken will share the wisdom and details of Taoist sexual qigong as transmitted by his primary Taoist teacher, Dr. Huang Gengshi (1910-1999). In a professional lecture and discussion format, you will learn exercises for personal sexual health, how to circulate qi during foreplay and intercourse, the location of genital reflex areas that relate to the health of the internal organs, the importance of the nine levels of orgasm, times and places conducive to sexual harmony, and the dangers of excessive control or interference with the natural sexual release.

There will be time for discussion and questions at the end.
