How to be mindful in every moment with leading dharma teacher

In every moment of our lives we stand at a metaphorical crossroads where we embark upon the choices and actions that shape our lives. We are always touching the world and being touched by the world with its many stimuli.

We don’t have a choice over many of the stimuli, yet we have the choice how we react to those stimuli. We need to cultivate the gap between between stimulus and our response. Consciously or unconsciously we embark upon pathways shaped by understanding and responsiveness or by reactivity, fear or anger.

This evening, Christina Feldman will teach how, by using the practice of Mindfulness, you can choose where you place your attention in your daily life. The quality of that attention will enable you to step into a freer, more responsive and compassionate life.
