Our reputation here at Alternatives has always been to deliver a high quality selection of teachers and speakers from the world of Spirituality, personal development and wellbeing. 

In this evening event we invite you to experience a selection of 15 minute presentations discussing everything from Healing Addiction to Meditations from A Course in Miracles in this 'TED Talk' inspired event! 

Elizabeth Hearn is a Harley Street Hypno-psychotherapist, Addiction Recovery expert broadcaster, writer, and presenter who draws on 27 years of personal and professional experiences in the field of addiction healthcare. Elizabeth will be talking about Healing Addiction.  Her approach to healing is a synthesis of insight mindfulness and meditation, psycho-spirituality, philosophy and mythology.

Her talk explains in depth how the genesis of addictions is stored in our unconscious, early childhood attachment / developmental experiences and encounters. 

Yogi Ashokananda  is an expert and pioneer as a practising master of yoga and meditation and a speaker on humanity and spiritual philosophy. Raised in India, he has been practising yoga since early childhood when his Grandfather was his first teacher.

He is also a Reiki Master. Over many years Yogi Ashokananda has been fortunate to develop his teaching, experience and education of yoga under some of the great, remote, Indian masters and siddhas. Yogi will be talking about the Power of Alignment.

 

Sarah Alexander  is passionate about supporting business professionals in undergoing amazing spiritual transformation whilst achieving results within their career. She has been a coach, trainer, speaker, meditation facilitator and ACIM student for over 15 years. Sarah has written for The Financial Times, The Daily Telegraph, The Daily Mail and Huffington Post. The Daily Express have described her as “the elegant, calm and collected guru of all things inner gleaming”.

Sarah is the author of Spiritual Intelligence in Leadership and Spiritual Intelligence in Business. Sarah will be talking about the meditations in A Course in Miracles.

Hilary Gallo is the author of The Power of Soft, a lawyer, coach and negotiation expert who has worked for clients including Cap Gemini, Andersen Consulting and the BBC. He holds retreats for executives looking to change the way they approach work and life, is a trained mediator and runs confidence-building workshops in schools.  

Hilary will be speaking about The Power of Soft - How to get want you need and still be nice. 

Sarah Rozenthuler is a Chartered Psychologist, a leadership coach, a dialogue consultant, and a motivational speaker.  She is the author of Life-Changing Conversations: 7 strategies for talking about what matters most (2012), with a foreword by Neale Donald Walsch.

Sarah will be speaking about Living your hearts desire.
