The Karma Trap
In this thought-provoking talk, Torsten will for the first time publicly present his new work: The paradox that karma only exists in our imagination - and yet the whole world is ruled by it.
Conscious- or subconsciously, everybody believes in the “law of compensation”: Good deeds reap rewards, and for bad ones, people will receive punishment. The problem is that everybody has at some stage in their lives done something that they regret, and therefore deep inside we all believe that we are not worthy of true happiness and success. We have put up with the idea that we deserve to suffer – and postponed the rewards for good deeds to the afterlife.
As a result, we are stuck in a vicious circle of trying to work off karma, whilst at the same time constantly producing more. We are trapped.
Humankind even came up with the semi-scientific explanation of “cause and effect”, suggesting that karma is a natural law. But the effect is not set in stone. It is a matter of choice.
Karma is nothing but a self-fulfilling belief system.
And it also doesn’t need to be worked off: We can opt out at any given moment.
We just need to shift our energy from identifying with the low vibrations of shame, guilt, and fear and step into the higher ones of gratitude, love and forgiveness. Once we opt out of the idea of karma, we can create a life - and a world - beyond anything we ever believed possible.
In his ground-breaking talk, Torsten will demonstrate that the current state of the world is a result of this entirely mistaken belief system, and how it is holding us back from meaningful change.
Starting with an exploration of the power of karma, why everybody believes in it, and why it is loved and feared in almost equal measures, he will examine the effects of karma on our own lives. He will then investigate how karma plays out in society, politics and economy, and how every religion is based on this idea.
Torsten suggests that we even use karma as a convenient excuse to hide from our innate divine power, because karma and consciousness are mutually exclusive. The more conscious we become, the less we feel bound by karma.
By raising our vibrations through Reiki, mediumship and meditation, this talk will explore practical ways to immediately opt out of the prison of karma.
Finally liberated from what ruled humanity for millennia, we can start building our vision of an entirely new world... based on love, joy, and freedom. And explore how this can manifest in politics, economy, healthcare, and environment - and, of course, in everybody's own life. Torsten will present data and scientific proof to show that this is easier than we might think, and he will explore the connection between quantum physics and a higher vibrational existence.
Torsten’s new book, The Karma Trap, will be published later this year.
