Alternatives says:
Today, Steve Taylor will draw from his two most recent books, with poetic reflections from The Calm Centre as a guide.
Description:

He will use meditative and practical exercises to help you dis-identity with and transcend the ego-mind, and to gain access to the harmony and spaciousness beneath it.

We will identify and dissolve away our psychological attachments - such as attachment to possessions, ambitions, knowledge or status - and gain access to the wholeness and freedom at our core.
