This workshop will help you to awaken to your fullest physical, psychological and spiritual potential, a state Dr. Attkinson calls Total Well-Being.This a life characterised by health and vitality, happiness, fulfilment and creativity and a way of being rooted in psychological maturity and present moment awareness. When you are experiencing total well-being you are thriving and flourishing as a conscious human being.
At the heart of many people's dissatisfaction with life (whatever form that dissatisfaction takes) is emotional pain. This unprocessed emotional charge is held and carried within the emotional body (the invisible body through which our patterns of energy (emotions) rise and fall).
Left unattended to, this emotional charge (most commonly fear, anger or grief) is in charge. We think and at times feel we are in charge of our lives, but in truth, our unprocessed emotions and their associated limiting beliefs are. What's more, our unprocessed emotions represent one of the most significant barriers to our wellbeing and authentic soul development. If you are committed to your health and well-being, and to living consciously, then healing the emotional body is an essential developmental task.
This experiential workshop will provide you with the tools and insights that will enable you to start processing effectively the emotional patterns that are preventing you from healing and evolving.
You will also discover your emotional control/avoidance strategies, as well as learning how to develop your level of emotional intelligence. You will be taught techniques for:
*Managing stressful thoughts;
*Using your emotional experiences as a gateway into peace and stillness of your authentic self;
*Accessing present moment awareness;
*Healing emotional pain; and
*Cultivating appreciation, compassion and self-love.
